How to make an appointment

All surgeries are by appointment only. Appointments to see the doctor can be pre-booked 48 hours ahead or on the same day. Please make one appointment per patient, no more than 1 per household. If you CANNOT attend your appointment, please give at least 4 hours notice so we can offer the appointment to somebody else.

If you arrive without an appointment you may not be able to see a doctor unless it is an emergency, slots available at the end of regular surgery times. If you arrive late for an appointment it may not always be possible to fit you in and an alternative appointment may be offered.

Emergency / Walk In Appointments (10 Minutes)

Emergencies or walk in will be seen after the routine appointments have been dealt with. You will be seen by either a Doctor or Nurse.

Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations will take place half an hour after the morning surgery. The receptionist will take some brief details and give you a time to call back.

Locum Doctors

You have the right to see your own Registered Doctor who is Dr N Phillips. She may not always be available for consultation but in most cases a routine appointment with another Doctor or Nurse can be offered on the same day.

Locum appointments are available all mornings on Monday through till Friday and Friday evening only.
